Fixes and Updates to 4Images

I put on my programming hat today.  Here is a list of some of the changes and fixes that I implemented today on the 4Images Gallery:

• You can now add an Avatar under your user profile on the Image Gallery.  This Avatar will be displayed with any image comments you make, as well as your User Profile.
• Added Country Flags to the “Who’s Online” in the Image Gallery.  It’s about 95% accurate.
• Added additional statistics to the Main Image Gallery Page
• Update the main Gallery Page with a bigger Navigation Window and added a link to the new “Hot Links” section
• The “Last Comments” on the main page now fills the entire window.  It seemed silly to have all that white space on the right side.
• You can now only rate an Image Once
• Added my email address to the main gallery page
